SI Siegenia Tilt and Turn Drive Gear Bottom Tilt Lock

The SI Siegenia tilt and turn bottom tilt drive mechanism is one of the main parts of the SI siegenia tilt and turn drive gear kit, this part engages in the side locking keep on the tilt and turn frame. This bottom tilt drive gear also operates the tilt action of the tilt and turn window by engaging into the side tilt keep. 

If the Tilt Lock Gearing mechanism that is being replaced is longer than this replacement you may need to replace the main drive gear mechanism also as it would be to short to connect to the replacement Tilt Lock Gear.

The SI Siegenia tilt and turn window kit comprises of the SI Siegenia drive gear mechanism which the tilt and turn handle operates. The main part of the SI Siegenia tilt and turn kit is the gearbox/mechanism which operates all the other components of the SI Siegenia tilt and turn kit such as the top and bottom drive corners. The top corner engages in a locking keep/striker at the top/side of the window, the bottom corner engages in the bottom/side keep as well as the tilt keep/stricker at the bottom of the window. The drive gear mechnism also operated the scissor stay mechanism which operates the tilt action and the backbolt mechanism which locks into the keep/striker on the hinge side of the tilt and turn window. The SI Siegenia tilt and turn bottom extension piece is also required when the tilt and turn is over 1000mm in width.
