Replacement Avocet WMS U Rail espagnolette multi point upvc window lock should have either Avocet or WMS printed into the rail. It has an offset gearbox and a 16mm u-rail width see additional images.

Espags / casement window lock are the basic window locking system for upvc casement windows, easily installed just unscrew the window handle and then unscrew the screws holding the Espag / casement window lock in place and replace with new Espag / casement window lock.
