Timber modern style locking casement window fastener.

This fastener can be locked via the key provided, making it ideal for use on ground floor and first floor windows.

Wedge pattern: When in the closed position the window handle sits over the wedge plate mounted to the window frame, this pulls the window in with a nice tight seal and keeps it held closed.

Night vent option:  A second hole located in the fastener allows the window to be fastened (and locked) with a small gap, to allow airflow into the room.

The handle is reversible and can be used on windows hung on the right or left.

The handle measures 124mm long.
